NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Planning Commission of the Village of Evendale will conduct a public hearing beginning at 6:00 pm on Tuesday, December 16, 2014, at the Evendale Village Municipal Building, 10500 Reading Road. The purpose of the public hearing will be to consider the following Conditional Use Permit Applications.
1. R & R Takhjar Ohio, LLC, 1545 Glendale-Milford Road
Consideration of an application for a Conditional Use Permit for Automotive Fuel Sales in the Heavy Commercial District.
2. Sunoco, 9786 Reading Road
Consideration of an application for a Conditional Use Permit for Automotive Fuel Sales in the General Commercial District
Copies of all documents related to the public hearing are on file in the Evendale Building Department. They may be inspected during normal business hours. The public is invited to attend and comment at the public hearing.
